Course Description:
Have you wanted to learn more about Yoga and how it can help you to cultivate self acceptance and provide you tools to take yoga off your mat into your everyday life? Discover this inclusive and empowering practice in our 6-week online course led by internationally renowned Yoga Teacher and Wellbeing Coach, Donna Noble.
With over 20 years of practice and 10 years of teaching experience, Donna will guide you through a welcoming introduction to yoga that celebrates every body type, ability, and background. She loves working with practitioners of all shapes, sizes, abilities, genders, ethnicity and ages helping them to feel practice in a safe, fun judgement free space.
This course is designed to introduce beginners to the foundations of yoga with a focus on self-compassion. Each week explores key yoga postures and how these can be adapted for your unique body, and mindfulness practices that support overall wellbeing and foster a relationship with your unique body.
Who’s the course for:
Those wishing to establish or continue an inclusive yoga practice.
It is ideal for beginners, or anyone wanting to continue their yoga journey wanting to learn how to adapt the postures and cultivate an inclusive practice.

Course Location:
The course will be online on Zoom so you can participate from your own home! Includes 6 live streamed sessions and handouts after each class.
While the course is intended for livestream participation, access to a recording can be arranged if unable to attend a session live.
Cancellation Policy:
Less than 24 hours notice: No credit or refund will be given.
More than 24 hours (up to 7 days) notice: 75% refund or 100% credit.
More than 7 days notice: Full refund.
Refunds are not possible to be made retrospectively.
If your workshop is canceled by Yogamatters, we will notify you as soon as we have knowledge of the cancellation and will refund you the full £ (GBP) amount you have paid us in respect of the course.
